The Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran (SPs UNPAD) is actively supporting gender equality by implementing a women’s empowerment scheme through the Unpad Tourism Festival. This initiative involved over 10% of female students in various roles during the festival, aiming to provide them with opportunities for active participation, leadership, and personal development within the academic environment.
