Graduate School UNPAD Celebrates the Success of 289 Graduates, Highlighting Gender Balance in Education

From 2020 to Academic Year 2023/2024, the Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) proudly graduated 289 students, consisting of 153 male and 136 female graduates. This achievement demonstrates SPs UNPAD’s commitment to fostering equal opportunities for both men and women in higher education, reflecting its dedication to gender balance and inclusivity.

The data highlights the growing representation of female graduates, which aligns with SDG 5: Gender Equality. SPs UNPAD has continually supported and encouraged the participation of women in academia, ensuring they have equal access to education, leadership opportunities, and professional development. The near-equal gender distribution among graduates underscores the school’s successful implementation of policies that promote equity and inclusion.

These outcomes also support the university’s commitment to the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, specifically in areas related to gender equality and inclusive education. By nurturing a diverse student body, SPs UNPAD contributes to building a more equitable and sustainable future.
