Unpad Graduate School Promotes Environmental Action Through Cycling, Tree Planting, and Fish Restocking at Cikapundung Watershed

The Graduate School (SPS) of Universitas Padjadjaran, in collaboration with GX.id, Serlok Bantaran Indonesia, and several local communities, organized a community-based activity combining cycling with environmental action at the Cikapundung Watershed. The event included tree planting and fish restocking initiatives aimed at revitalizing the ecosystem, strengthening biodiversity, and fostering public awareness of sustainable environmental management.

This initiative directly contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 15: Life on Land, by promoting biodiversity conservation and sustainable land practices. At the same time, it supports SDG 13: Climate Action through reforestation and SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities by engaging citizens in environmentally responsible urban living. Through these collaborative efforts, Universitas Padjadjaran demonstrates its strong commitment to sustainability and community empowerment for a healthier environment.
