Bandung – The Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran (SPs Unpad) has introduced innovative land and infrastructure management programs through BUAH The Living Lab, utilizing technology-based systems such as electricity measurement and land quality monitoring. These initiatives are designed to optimize the sustainable use of campus infrastructure while minimizing environmental impact.
By integrating smart monitoring technologies, BUAH The Living Lab ensures that resources are managed more efficiently, contributing to safer, more resilient, and environmentally friendly urban practices. This approach directly supports SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, by fostering sustainable infrastructure, responsible land use, and improved quality of life for both the academic community and surrounding local residents.
Through this initiative, SPs Unpad demonstrates its role as a pioneer in combining research, technology, and community engagement to promote sustainable urban development.
