Bandung – As part of its commitment to becoming a Green Campus, the Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran (SPs Unpad) is currently in the planning stage of implementing a GradSchool Office Farming initiative on the garden area adjacent to the SPs building. This program is designed to transform unused campus land into a productive green space that contributes to food cultivation, urban greening, and community sustainability.
By integrating office farming into its campus environment, SPs Unpad not only promotes responsible land use but also enhances the ecological and social value of the campus area. The initiative supports SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities by fostering sustainable urban practices, improving campus livability, and serving as a model for environmentally conscious academic institutions.
Through this effort, SPs Unpad demonstrates its proactive steps in aligning academic development with environmental stewardship and sustainable urban innovation.
