Bandung – The Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran (SPs Unpad) actively supports the establishment and implementation of student organizations (UKM) focused on environmental issues, conservation, and climate change. These organizations serve as platforms for students to engage in sustainability initiatives, foster green practices, and contribute to climate resilience efforts on campus and beyond.
The student-led initiatives align with the university’s Sustainability Guidelines (Chapter 2), reinforcing SPs Unpad’s commitment to embedding sustainability into academic and non-academic activities. Through these organizations, students are empowered to take part in practical actions, advocacy, and collaborative projects that promote ecological awareness and sustainable lifestyles.
By engaging students in meaningful climate-related activities, SPs Unpad directly contributes to the achievement of SDG 13: Climate Action, ensuring that the academic community plays an active role in advancing sustainability goals.
