Unpad Graduate School Hosts Focus Group Discussion on Urban Agriculture Heritage to Support Climate Action


Bandung – The Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran (SPs Unpad), through the INSUAH (Integrated Study of Urban Agriculture Heritage) program, organized a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in collaboration with various urban farming groups in Bandung. The discussion aimed to identify key challenges and potential solutions in developing heritage-based urban agriculture systems.

This initiative directly supports SDG 13: Climate Action by focusing on climate change mitigation and disaster risk management. By promoting resilient and sustainable urban agriculture practices, the program seeks to strengthen local adaptation strategies while reducing vulnerabilities to climate-related risks.

Through collaborative dialogue and knowledge sharing, SPs Unpad demonstrates its commitment to empowering communities and building robust urban farming systems that contribute to sustainable urban development and climate resilience.
