The Graduate School (SPs) of Universitas Padjadjaran has conducted a comprehensive training program for administrative and academic staff focused on leadership, ethics, and organizational empowerment. Utilizing the iHileads framework and the 7-S McKinsey model, the training emphasizes professional development, ethical values—including diversity, honesty, respect, and fairness—and strategies for enhancing lecturer competence through Industry-Higher Education cooperation programs.

To ensure sustained adherence to ethical standards, SPs has established an Ethical Compliance Office, staffed with designated officers responsible for monitoring and guiding ethical conduct across the institution. By integrating leadership development with a strong ethical foundation, SPs actively contributes to the creation of transparent, accountable, and resilient academic institutions, aligning with the objectives of SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and fostering a culture of integrity across all faculty operations.
