Bandung, Sekolah Pascasarjana (SPs) Universitas Padjadjaran has established clear technical guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for handling hazardous and toxic waste (B3) in its Genomics Laboratory. Aligned with the Sustainability Guidelines outlined in Chapter 5, these SOPs ensure that all hazardous materials are managed safely and in full compliance with existing regulations.

This initiative reflects SPs Unpad’s strong commitment to fostering an environmentally responsible campus by reducing risks associated with laboratory operations while promoting sustainable research practices. By implementing strict waste management standards, the Graduate School not only safeguards the health and safety of its academic community but also contributes to broader environmental protection efforts.
