Bandung – The Graduate School (SPs) of Universitas Padjadjaran continues to promote gender equality in education by organizing mentoring programs that actively involve female instructors from outside Unpad. Notable mentors include Nadya Mara Adelina, S.TP, M.Agr. (Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia), Dr. Faujiah Nur Hasanah Ritonga (Northeast Foretsry University), and Felicia P. Hernat, S.Farm., M.Sc. (AgriFood Services, PT. TUV NORD).
These mentoring activities are primarily attended by female students, providing them with professional guidance, academic advice, and career insights. By connecting students with accomplished women in academia and industry, SPs Unpad fosters leadership, confidence, and equal opportunities for female students.
This initiative reflects SPs Unpad’s ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment that empowers women in higher education, in alignment with SDG 5: Gender Equality.
