Bandung – From September 2024 to September 2025, the Graduate School (SPs) of Universitas Padjadjaran graduated 207 students, comprising 137 males (66%) and 70 females (34%). Demonstrating its commitment to gender equality in education, SPs Unpad provides targeted support to female students to ensure equal opportunities for academic success.
Initiatives include internal scholarships for high-achieving female candidates, such as Haifa, academic and non-academic mentoring programs, and access to psychological support. SPs also offers gender-friendly facilities, including lactation rooms, academic leave options, and inclusive capacity-building activities.
Through these programs, SPs Unpad ensures that female students can pursue higher education on an equal footing, completing their studies successfully while benefiting from a supportive and equitable academic environment. These efforts reflect SPs Unpad’s dedication to SDG 5: Gender Equality.
