Bandung – The Graduate School (SPs) of Universitas Padjadjaran fosters sustainable food systems through its incubated startup, BUAH.the Living Lab, established in 2023. Specializing in horticulture products, particularly vegetables, the startup promotes urban agriculture practices and provides fresh, locally-grown produce to the community.
By supporting innovative agricultural initiatives like BUAH.the Living Lab, SPs Unpad strengthens food security, sustainable production, and access to nutritious food, contributing directly to SDG 2: Zero Hunger. The program also engages local communities in environmentally-friendly cultivation methods, enhancing awareness of sustainable urban farming practices while improving local livelihoods.
