The Graduate School (SPs) of Padjadjaran University has established a work culture based on the PIONIR (Professional, Innovative, Optimistic, Scientific Reasoning, Integrity, and Responsive) framework, as outlined in the Decree of the Dean of the Unpad Graduate School Number 782/UN6/Q/HK.04/2025. With this initiative, the SPs is committed to ensuring that all academics uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism.
By implementing these initiatives, the Graduate School of Padjadjaran University not only upholds ethical standards but also contributes to the broader objectives of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: Peace, Justice, and Resilient Institutions. This commitment provides a strong foundation for the Graduate School of Unpad in realizing good governance, building public trust, and strengthening the institution’s contribution to achieving sustainable education goals.
