Bandung, As part of its commitment to becoming a Green Campus, the Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran (SPs Unpad) has implemented a comprehensive smoke-free policy across all its buildings. To strengthen compliance, no-smoking posters have been placed in strategic areas, ensuring that students, staff, and visitors enjoy a clean, healthy, and pollution-free academic environment.
In line with this initiative, SPs Unpad also hosted a guest lecture by Prof. Riccardo Polosa, who delivered an insightful discussion on Smoking and Sport Performance. The lecture highlighted the harmful effects of smoking on physical health, athletic capability, and long-term well-being.
These combined efforts demonstrate SPs Unpad’s proactive role in promoting healthier lifestyles and align with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-being, underscoring the importance of prevention, awareness, and education for a healthier academic community.
