The Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) has developed a new internal reporting system designed to protect whistleblowers’ confidentiality and provide a secure channel for staff to raise concerns regarding employment-related issues.
The system guarantees the protection of each reporter’s identity, ensuring that staff are shielded from potential intimidation or discrimination. By offering a safe and responsive mechanism, the Graduate School ensures that workplace issues and violations can be addressed fairly, effectively, and in a timely manner.
This initiative reflects the institution’s commitment to building a culture of justice, accountability, and openness, in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
