SPs Unpad Provides Accessible Sports Facilities to Promote Healthy Living and Support SDG 3

As part of its commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle and overall well-being, Sekolah Pascasarjana (SPs), Universitas Padjadjaran has made various sports facilities available to both the academic community and the general public. This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-being, which emphasizes the importance of access to quality health and physical activity infrastructure.

The available facilities include:

  • Fitness Corner GradSchool

  • Mini Basketball Court
  • Table Tennis
  • Stationary Bikes

  • Mini Golf Area

These facilities are designed to support light to moderate physical activities that can be easily integrated into daily routines. Beyond encouraging physical fitness, they also help foster healthy social interaction within the academic environment.

“We aim to create a campus atmosphere that not only excels academically but also supports healthy living for everyone on campus. These sports facilities reflect our commitment to promoting balance in life while contributing to the global goals of sustainable development, particularly in the area of health and well-being,” said Prof. Dr. med. Setiawan Dean of Sekolah Pascasarjana, Universitas Padjadjaran.

The facilities are open and easily accessible to students, lecturers, academic staff, and the surrounding community. SPs Unpad ensures that all sports areas are well-maintained, safe, and inclusive for diverse users.
