Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran Hosts Mentorship on Academic Writing and Publication



In an effort to enhance the academic writing and publication skills of postgraduate students, the Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran is organizing a mentorship session titled “Mentorship: Academic Writing and Publication.” The event will take place on Monday, September 11, 2023, from 19:30 to 21:30 WIB and will be conducted online via Zoom.

This mentorship program features key experts from the Graduate School, including:

Dr.Sc. Dina Oktavia, S.Hut., M.Si, who will serve as the Mentor and Moderator. As an experienced lecturer, Dr. Oktavia will guide the session and ensure participants get the most out of this academic opportunity.

Dr. Lathifah Puji Hastuti, S.Si, will provide insights into the Systematics of Writing Scientific Articles. Her presentation will delve into effective methods of structuring and composing high-quality academic papers for publication.

Kevin Muhamad Lukman, S.T., M.Env., Ph.D., will offer Tips and Tricks for Scientific Publication, sharing practical strategies to navigate the publication process and enhance the visibility of research outputs.

The session is designed to help students gain the skills necessary for producing impactful academic publications, contributing to the advancement of research and knowledge in their respective fields.

Promoting SDGs through Quality Education and Research
This mentorship aligns with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, as outlined by the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings. Through this initiative, the Graduate School seeks to foster academic excellence by providing students with the knowledge and tools to successfully publish their research, thereby enhancing educational outcomes and contributing to innovative solutions in various sectors.
