The Universitas Padjadjaran Graduate School (SPs UNPAD) has successfully implemented a comprehensive policy aimed at fostering an ethical organizational culture rooted in diversity, honesty, respect, and fairness. This policy is a cornerstone of SPs UNPAD’s sustainability initiatives, as outlined in Chapter 1 of its Sustainability Guidelines, which focuses on creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
The policy ensures that all decisions and activities within the organization are guided by strong ethical principles, promoting transparency and accountability at every level. By embedding these values in daily operations, SPs UNPAD has cultivated a workplace where individuals feel respected and valued, regardless of their background or role within the institution.
This commitment is not only integral to SPs UNPAD’s internal operations but also aligns with global sustainability goals, particularly Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as measured by Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings. The implementation of an ethical organizational culture directly addresses SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. By promoting ethical behavior and integrity across the institution, SPs UNPAD contributes to fostering inclusive decision.
