Graduate School UNPAD Engages in International Collaboration for SDG Data Collection through Integrated Study on Urban Agriculture as Heritage

The Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) has embarked on an international collaboration aimed at collecting and measuring data to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This initiative is part of the Integrated Study on Urban Agriculture as Heritage, a global project and network focused on connecting, understanding, developing, and protecting Urban Agricultural Heritage (UAH) worldwide.

The project seeks to explore the cultural significance of urban agriculture in diverse global contexts, fostering international cooperation to exchange knowledge and best practices. Through this collaboration, researchers from UNPAD and partners around the world will work together to develop a scientific framework that defines and protects Urban Agricultural Heritage, contributing to global efforts toward achieving SDG targets, particularly in sustainability, food security, and cultural preservation.

This initiative reflects Graduate School UNPAD’s dedication to contributing to the global SDG agenda by providing a platform for international academic exchange and practical research on the cultural and environmental benefits of urban agriculture.
