Graduate School UNPAD is demonstrating its commitment to inclusivity and reducing inequalities by actively implementing Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 10, which focuses on reducing inequality within and among countries. A prime example of this commitment is the support provided to a hearing-impaired student enrolled in the Master’s Program in Regional Innovation.
To ensure an accessible and inclusive learning environment, Graduate School UNPAD has equipped its campus with disability-friendly facilities, catering specifically to the needs of students with disabilities. Moreover, the school has provided additional support in the form of sign language interpretation services, enabling the student to fully participate in academic activities and engage with peers and faculty.
Through these efforts, Graduate School UNPAD is not only upholding the principles of SDG 10 but also fostering a more inclusive academic community, where all students have the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their physical abilities.
