On August 4, 2023, Graduate School UNPAD, through BUAH The Living Lab, proudly participated in the Cooperative Day Exhibition with a strong message: Collaboration! Yes, collaboration for sustainability!
In partnership with @scara.cup, we championed the cause of sustainable production and consumption. The spotlight was on our innovative product, the edible cup—an eco-friendly cup made from coffee husk (cascara) waste. This groundbreaking product was developed by a startup founded by students from the Food Technology Program at the Faculty of Agricultural Industrial Technology, Universitas Padjadjaran.
The event highlighted the importance of sustainable practices and showcased the power of collaboration between academia and industry in driving forward-thinking solutions for a greener future.
