At the Graduate School (SPs) UNPAD, we systematically monitor and track female applications, admissions, and enrollment rates to ensure equitable access to higher education. We implement targeted policies to address and improve female participation throughout the enrollment and academic journey, reinforcing our commitment to gender balance.
Our senior academic staff includes 35 professors, 42 associate professors, and 24 assistant professors. Among them, 11 female professors, 11 associate professors, and 13 assistant professors highlight our ongoing efforts to achieve gender equity in academic leadership roles.
From 2020 to 2024, a total of 289 graduates have emerged from various disciplines, including STEM, medicine, arts, and humanities. Of these, 136 are women, reflecting our dedication to promoting female success across diverse fields. In the most recent academic year (2023-2024), we graduated 114 students, comprising 59 men and 55 women. By tracking female graduation rates and comparing them with male counterparts, we aim to identify and close gaps, ensuring equal opportunities for academic achievement and career advancement.
