In line with the sustainability guidelines outlined in Chapter 1, Section on Health and Well-being, the Sekolah Pascasarjana (SPs) Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) is proud to highlight its ongoing efforts to support the mental health of both students and staff. As part of our commitment to promoting well-being, SPs UNPAD provides dedicated mental health consultation facilities, including psychological support services designed to assist individuals in managing anxiety and mental health challenges.
The Head of the Master’s Program in Sustainability Science and the Head of the Master’s Program in Sustainable Tourism have taken proactive steps to ensure that students have access to these valuable resources. They regularly allocate time for consultations with students, offering a safe space to discuss concerns and receive professional support.
This initiative is a clear reflection of our alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being. By implementing these services, SPs UNPAD not only addresses the immediate mental health needs of our academic community but also fosters a supportive environment that contributes to the overall well-being of individuals.
Our dedication to mental health underscores our broader commitment to the SDGs, demonstrating how academic institutions can play a vital role in advancing global health goals through practical and compassionate measures.
