@scara.cup and Sekolah Pasca Sarjana are proud to announce a collaboration aimed at advocating for sustainable production and consumption practices, with a focus on reducing plastic waste. Together, we are promoting the use of edible cups made from coffee cherry husks (cascara), developed by a startup initiated by students from the Food Technology Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Padjadjaran.
This innovative approach not only reduces plastic waste but also supports sustainable agriculture by utilizing agricultural by-products. By endorsing products like edible cups, we contribute to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and SDG 15 (Life on Land) through sustainable waste management practices.
@buah.thelivinglab continues to champion initiatives that align with SDGs, fostering partnerships that drive environmental and social sustainability. This collaboration exemplifies our commitment to integrating innovative solutions into everyday practices, ensuring a greener and more sustainable future.
Together, let’s continue to collaborate for sustainability, making meaningful strides towards achieving global goals and creating a better world for future generations. (SNM)
