Unpad Graduate School Offers Integrative Study Programs

Universitas Padjadjaran Graduate School opens wide opportunities for applicants who wish to study Masters and Doctoral programs at Unpad. At Unpad Graduate School, there are two Doctoral Programs and six Masters Programs offered to prospective students.
Vice Dean of Unpad Postgraduate School Dr. Ira Irawati, M.Si, said that unlike the postgraduate programs at the faculty, study programs at the Graduate School integrate several disciplines.
The teaching staff are lecturers from various faculties, as well as a number of professionals from a number of related fields who were invited to teach at the Unpad Graduate School.
“At the Graduate School we have a study program that integrates several disciplines,” said Ira in “Let’s Get to Know Unpad (IKU): Graduate School Socialization 2021” which was held online, Friday (23/4). This event was moderated by Unpad Fikom lecturer Dr. Ira Mirawati, M.Sc.
Ira explained, Unpad Graduate School offers two Doctoral Programs, namely Doctor of Environmental Science and Doctor of Biotechnology.
For the Masters Program, the Unpad Graduate School has a Masters in Environmental Sciences, a Masters in Biotechnology, a Masters in Sustainability Science, a Masters in Biological Resources, a Masters in Sustainable Tourism, and a Masters in Regional Innovation.
Ira said, there are a number of facilities offered to students. Several collaborations with a number of parties are also being carried out to support student studies, including a double degree program with foreign universities, scholarship offers, and having an international program.
There are a number of professions that Unpad Graduate School graduates can pursue. Such as academics, researchers, political officials, and other professionals.
“I think it’s wide open, yes. Because our study programs include multi entry, the output can also be several professions,” said Ira.
