UNPAD Staff Writer[GradSchool Unpad] According to Dr. Ida Nurlinda., S.H., M.H, viewed from the perspective of law, the ability of resources to be self-reliant can be seen in several aspects. One of the examples is from Legal Science which Dr. Ida Nurlinda teaches., S.H., M.H on how to deal with disputes with a win-win solution and feel that they can solve it and can be said to be independent of resources.
Resource’s self-reliance is a special conformity which means an agreement to an internalized group. It was further emphasized that every individual always conforms, and what distinguishes conformity between individuals is the variable of the reference group they prefer. Self-reliance is the ability to regulate their own behavior to choose and make their own decisions and take responsibility for their own behavior without being too dependent on their parents.
According to Erikson’s theory of personality, autonomy or self-reliance is a healthy feeling of competence, freedom and self-confidence, which is produced through a successful trajectory through the stages of personality development at a young age.
The conclusion from resource’s self-reliance in terms of legal and business aspects is human resources, which is about who will carry out business activities, where and how to manage the business, where the products produced will be marketed, how the methods are carried out in all activities business, about deciding the use of machines in the business, where to get raw materials, and how to manage finished materials.
